With 27 years of professional experience, Dr. Ayisi specializes in marketing, finance and organizational leadership. He previously worked for New York University, New York Institute of Technology and CUNY Brooklyn College. In 2001, he received his Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Columbia University. Dr. Ayisi received his Master of Business Administration in 1982 from Youngstown State University.

A member of the MBA Executives Association, Dr. Ayisi received the Congressional Order of Merit Medal of Honor in 2007. He received the Business Man of the Year Award in 2006 and has published two books in 2008 and 2009. He attributes his success to his passion for his profession and his personal drive.
