Visitors to Ubud will be able to experience the Bali Spirit Festival from March 31st to April 4th.

UBUD, INDONESIA, February 25, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Bali Spirit Festival is a five-day celebration of music, dance and yoga taking place close to the island's cultural centre of Ubud.

Claiming to "truly embody the spirit of Bali", the event offers a varied programme of dance and yoga workshops by day and exciting musical performances at night.

The festival is hosted by the Bali Purnati Centre for the Arts and is sure to attract people from around the world to hotels in Ubud from March 31st to April 4th.

Performers confirmed for the event include Afro Moses, a Ghanaian singer who fuses traditional African instruments with modern technology to create a unique blend of reggae, jazz, funk and other genres.

Meanwhile, Australia's Kevin James will be performing spiritual songs accompanied by Mel Dobra on harmonium, while those who enjoy Indonesian music can enjoy the sounds of D'Cinnamons, a band from Bandung who specialise in acoustic rock with memorable harmonies.

A host of international yoga experts including Cat Kabira, Duncan Wong, Sri Jane and Ninie Ahmad, are also scheduled to share their wisdom at the Bali Spirit Festival.

Tickets are currently priced at $395 (GBP255) for a weekend festival pass and $440 for a full festival pass.
