The City of Clarkston will be having its 2nd Annual International Festival on Saturday, October 1, 2011 from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM in the downtown Clarkston Plaza, located at Montreal Road and Market Street.

CLARKSTON, GA, August 17, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The City of Clarkston will be having its 2nd Annual International Festival on Saturday, October 1, 2011 from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM in the downtown Clarkston Plaza, located at Montreal Road and Market Street.

Step Up In Georgia, Inc. in collaboration with local community organization Partner Community Action (DeKalb Neighborhood Leadership Institute "DNLI"), Clarkston Police Department and Clarkston businesses will be facilitating this free family affair helping and enabling to celebrate the diverse cultures of Clarkston. br />
This is free event is open to all surrounding towns. There will be a variety of delicious cultural food, music, live entertainment, dancing representing Clarkston's Asian, Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander, Hispanic, and African American cultures. There will be games for adults, a kid's corner and much more!
