COPIAGUE, NY, January 20, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Long Island Exchange Columnist Cognac Wellerlane spent Christmas Day at the historic Russian Tea Room, known for its celebrity associations and rich history. The venue has been in existence for the last eighty eight years, located on West Fifty-Seventh Street in New York City. It has been a popular dining spot for actors, writers, and politicians for nearly a century and counting. Today The Russian Tea Room still hosts Long Island and Manhattan's elite as a restaurant for continental fine dining, elegant high tea, the finest vodka selection and a stylish party venue.

Inside the establishment are trademark red banquet booths, suitable for holding interviews with some of the Tea Room's patrons. During her first interview, Wellerlane spoke with Entertainment Manager Diane King and renowned dentist Robert Korwin. Discussing their recent projects, King spoke of a benefit concert for Kids Against Hunger and Korwin spoke of a movement called "Flossing For Life."

"I'm looking forward to the new year," King spoke after speaking of her upcoming involvement in vintage fashion shows. Korwin, who has seen patients from all over the world, informed Wellerlane that, "sometimes people need cleanings every three months," before praising Americans for their show-worthy smiles.

Later in the evening Wellerlane spoke to Korwin's wife, Susan, a Life and Style Consultant. Korwin spoke of the upcoming release of her book entitled "Simple Strides Toward Positive Change," which addresses her work as a life coach.

"It's all about thinking," spoke Korwin, while explaining to Wellerlane the benefits of staying positive. Korwin will also be the new cover girl for Jersey Shore Woman magazine, featured in the middle spread, and showcased monthly for her articles.

Concluding the evening, Wellerlane spoke to actor Bill-Lee Lanndis, who will have the lead in two films this year. The first film, entitled The Sponser, will be a six-part series; the second is a psychological thriller called Unfinished Symphony.
